Have you gone to those outsourcing sites where people have no experience, but they're bidding on projects? Maybe they have some experience, but they haven't proven themselves.

TALKINGSTIK.COM builds buzz. Search engines and social network sites pick up on popular topics but they hate parrot posts that just repeat what others have said. TalkingStik takes a topic, gives bloggers lots of source material to work from so that they can craft cool articles instead of just copy and paste what others have done.
